YOUR CORE TASKS

  • Planung, Beauftragung und Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen Speditionsdienstleistungen sowie Sonderfahrten
  • Koordination von Rückholaktionen inklusive Abstimmung des gesamten Prozesses bis zur Wiederauslieferung
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Versand- und Ausfuhrdokumenten gemäß geltender Vorschriften
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden im Rahmen der Produktlieferung und Klärung logistischer Anliegen
  • Lieferterminüberwachung in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion und Fertigung
  • Zollabwicklung - Beantragung von Zertifikaten und Ausfuhrgenehmigungen

YOUR SKILLS

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Industrie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Versandlogistik oder Transportabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Versand- und Ausfuhrdokumenten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 - B2)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Zollformalitäten wünschenswert
