Purpose of data processing
The purpose of data processing is to initiate employment relationships on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b, Art. 88 Paragraph 1 GDPR in conjunction with Art. Section 26 BDSG. Data will not be passed on to other companies.
Categories of recipients
Applicant data will not be passed on to third parties. Since we use service companies that are separately committed to secrecy and data protection for our information technology, access to personal data cannot be excluded in this context. Categories of recipients outside the business and HR management are service providers for hosting, support and operation of this website as well as external consultants. The data will only be passed on to authorities if there are overriding legal provisions. A transfer to third countries does not take place.
Duration of storage and deletion of data
Your data will be stored for the duration of the application process; After the decision on your application or after the placement of the position, the data will be stored for 6 months; in the case of unsolicited applications or if you consent to being allowed to store the data for a longer period for possible future employment, for a maximum of two years.
Your right to information, correction, deletion, objection and data portability
You can exercise your right to information, correction and deletion of data at any time. Contact us in the ways described above. If you want your data to be deleted, but we are still legally obliged to store it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies to an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability as long as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.
Right of appeal
You have the option to submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
Provision obligation
The application process cannot be carried out without correct information from you. This can mean that your application cannot be considered in an ongoing process.
