YOUR CORE TASKS

  • Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte (Straße, See, Luft)
  • Steuerung von Warenein- und -ausgängen, Sonderfahrten, Umlagerungen und Rückholungen
  • Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Interpretation von Incoterms und Erstellung aller relevanten Versanddokumente
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gefahrgut- und Versandvorschriften
  • Vollumfängliche Import- und Exportabwicklung inkl. Organisation, Verzollung und Nachweisführung
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für Zollbewilligungen (Ermächtigter Ausführer, REX, perspektivisch zugelassener Versender)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Bewertung von Präferenzkalkulationen (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Erstellung sämtlicher Ausfuhr- und Zolldokumente
  • Zolltarifierung, Klassifizierung und Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Durchführung von Exportkontroll- und Dual-Use-Prüfungen inkl. BAFA-Kommunikation

YOUR SKILLS

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Industrie
  • Mind. 3 jährige Berufserfahrung in der Versandlogistik und Transportabwicklung sowie in der Bearbeitung von Zollformalitäten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Versand- und Ausfuhrdokumenten bzw. in der Zollabwicklung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 - B2)
