YOUR CORE TASKS

  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von IT- Projekten inkl. Monitoring von Fortschritt, Risiken und Eskalationen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur unter Aspekten von Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Zukunftsfähigkeit.
  • Koordination von Einführung, Erweiterung und Migration von IT-Systemen und Plattformen.
  • Incident- und Eskalationsmanagement zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs; Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen.
  • Ressourcen- und Lieferantenkoordination (interne Ressourcen, externe Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner).
  • Anforderungs- und Stakeholdermanagement (Aufnahme, Bewertung von Anforderungen, Beratung der Fachbereiche, Moderation der Zusammenarbeit).
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt-, System- und Betriebsdokumentation sowie Reporting an die IT-/ BPS‑Leitung.
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Systemen und Projektabläufen.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von IT- Projekten.
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Grundverständnis von IT-Security und Verfügbarkeit.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder (Fachbereiche, Dienstleister, Lieferanten).
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, insbesondere im Incident- und Eskalationsmanagement.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten in Abstimmungen und Reports.
