YOUR CORE TASKS

  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Leitung des Bereichs Aftersales am Standort Weeze.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Dienstleistungen im After-Sales zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines erfahrenen Teams im Aftersales-Management.
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Kunden und Geschäftspartnern.
  • Identifikation von Markt- und Wachstumspotenzialen im Bereich Service und Ersatzteile.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aftersales- oder Servicebereich, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition und im Vertriebsumfeld.
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
  • Zielorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sichere Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse.

Hexagon Purus is a company of the Hexagon Composites Group and specialises in lightweight components and systems made of fibre composites. Our core competence is the development, production and sale of composite high-pressure tanks (type 4) for installation in vehicles of all kinds for the storage and transport of compressed gases, especially natural gas and hydrogen. We have been able to position ourselves as the world market leader in this field and do not see this as the status quo, but want to remain one of the drivers of the energy transition and be a role model.
